กรณีต้องการขอ SMS / เปลี่ยนแปลงวัน-เวลานัด / ยกเลิกนัดหมาย หลังจากลงทะเบียนแล้วให้เข้าไปที่หน้าลงทะเบียนอีกครั้ง กรอกเบอร์ที่เคยลงทะเบียน และใส่ OTP ตามขั้นตอน จากนั้นสามารถเลือกจัดการนัดหมายได้ทันที (กรณีเปลี่ยนแปลง / ยกเลิกนัดหมาย ต้องทำรายการก่อนถึงวันนัด 2 วัน ไม่รวมวันนัด)

    ✔️ สามารถจองคิวฉีดเข็ม 3 สำหรับกลุ่มที่เคยได้รับวัคซีนสูตรใดสูตรหนึ่ง ดังนี้

          – เข็ม 1 Sinopharm + เข็ม 2 Sinopharm

➡ 3rd dose for the general public and foreigners who have received 2 doses of Sinovac / Sinopharm from any vaccination center.
Vaccination from 1 – 30 Nov 2021 (AstraZeneca Vaccine)
    ✔️ Registration is opened for people who have received 2 doses of Sinovac/Sinopharm with any of the following formulas:
          – Dose 1 Sinovac + Dose 2 Sinovac
          – Dose 1 Sinopharm + Dose 2 Sinopharm
          – Dose 1 Sinovac + Dose 2 Sinopharm

➡ 1st dose for general public and foreigners aged 18 and over who have not yet had any vaccine.
The Ministry of Public Health has started applying the new cross-formula of Dose 1 AstraZeneca + Dose 2 Pfizer to those who have a vaccination date from 4 Nov 2021 onward.

You can select/change location of vaccination from 18 Nov 2021 (09.00am) onwards.

When will my order ship ?

All items are shipped within 24 hours after the purchase is made and most of the time even sooner (working days only). All AIS deliveries are sent via Premium Courier. The deliveries are made between 9 am – 7 pm. Currently, we deliver from Monday to Saturday.

How long will it take until I receive my order ?

We ship via our own delivery fleet and several other premium carriers. Working time 9.00 am-7.00 pm

• Same day delivery (Bangkok area only)

  : If you order by 12 am on a business day, when your minspend 5,000 baht

• Normal delivery

  : If you order by 4 pm on a business day, you will receive it in 2-3 business days. We do not yet guaranteed overnight shipping, although many areas of the country will receive their orders the next day. * For Sangkhlaburi district, islands and provinces including Pattani, Yala, Naradhiwas, Mae Hong Son and Chiang Rai, delivery may take 1-2 days longer due to difficult routes. We’ll try our best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order ?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on our website to trace your order. You can also find your tracking number with your order details; Click the “Account Dashboad” button in your account. Please check with your neighbors or building manager if you have not received your product even though the tracking says that it has been delivered. If the tracking information doesn’t show up or shows that the item has been returned to us, please contact us by email or phone. It is possible that we may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have unsuccessfully attempted to deliver, or the shipping carrier may have misplaced the product.
