I agree with the majority. I also had to play each step multiple times, I would like to have seen the other side for a better idea where to mount. The last tape I basically went from one side under the arch to the top? Don't think that was correct but the last one I watch soo many times and still couldn't get it!

Tried this tape and it helped me bag a flock of bitches, it also gave me hella good luck on being the 8th caller on my local radio station which helped me score some free tickets to some bullshit show I would have never gone to anyway but thats not the point. Thank you, I thought I had only broken my second toe on a backpacking trip. 2 days later my ankle swelled. I don't remember injuring my ankle, but I guess I did. This stuff has worked great for my tennis elbow. Probably didn't help that I kept hiking on that foot, but as I said, I was not aware that I had injured my ankle. The trip was awesome, despite the injury, but the river water was frigid, so I didn't feel much, maybe that is why I didn't notice for so long. Planning another trip next month
I used bandage and electrical tape , I'm not tight , just poor . And it worked straight away . And if your watching this i feel your pain lol . Good luck .
Wtf you don't show the other side of the ankle?
For those who think this product does not work: I use Kinesiology Tape I’m sprained so that I can move/walk . If I’m training on my sprained ankle I use athletic tape. Also get pre -tape adhesive spray for the tape to stick on for days. Your wallet will thank me .

This video is terrible. The angles are horrible and why does the camera zoom out so much!? I had to rewind a rewatch each step over and over and over again because I basically had to guess where he was putting the tape. He'd be talking about putting the anchor on the inside of the foot but the camera is looking on the outside. Makes no sense. This tape is useless if I can't apply it correctly. And I can't apply it correctly if your instruction video is crap. Plus, he'd say "the outside of the ankle" but then put the tape on the inside of the ankle. Please redo this video.

this does nothing. i had a foot and ankle sprain in basketball and that put my out for a while. now in softball I still have pain and someone told me to try k tape. what does it even do. well let me tell you all it does is wast money and leave adhesive marks on your skin.
this is an inferior product to good old fashioned tape. don't waste money.
Maybe the degree and nature of your pain was your bodies way of telling you that you need to rest the ankle?
Product works miracles. It does adhere when you follow instructions. Sorry guys. But you do have to shave.
Was that a real injury
This product is TERRIBLE. I am a runner who trains at 65 to 70 miles a week and sprained my ankle on a trail run. I ended up having to use almost two rolls of this damn tape and it still didn't work. The adhesive on this "tape"( quotes because at least tape can stick) is garbage. This product is a gimmick. I went to a sports trainer who works with high school and collegiate athletes, and said that tape first off doesn't even provide enough stability for injuries. Secondly, the tape is almost impossible to utilize after it had been applied, in ur physical activity without coming undone. My trainer used the old Pre-wrap and medical tape way and it worked FAR BETTER for my sprained ankle. Total waste of money, time, and energy. If your a serious athlete, please go to a professional who works with these common injuries and not be sucked into this gimmic.

What I have found on ankles (and many other body parts) is a relaxed position. So in a long sit, and dependent on the part of the ankle you are considering, have the foot relaxed & place the tape with maximally 5-25% stretch. Now if you are considering an anterolateral ankle sprain then you might DF to 90 degrees. However, for distal Posterior tib relaxed position may be best from the results I have seen.

I did 15 100s and 15 50s with a parachute..was hard to walk the day before..followed the instructions for the ankle sprain KT Tape..and it woooooooorks!!! I had NO pain at all..and I showered and kept the tape on and did 185 on push-press..and again NO pain..showered and took it off and my ankle still felt GREAT–thanks A LOT!

Hey i just found out that i got badly torn tendon in my ankle ( very lucky it wasn't broken ) with bad bruising spreading to my toes and up the back of my shin. Would this or your new link video be best for my ankle? if either are not then what would help it to heal? the doctor said that i should be walking on it now with out any help, but it does give me a lot of pain, what do you think? btw iv done my ankle a few times before but nothing like this. please get back to me asap thanks 🙂
