  1. Eric Smith says:

My honest opinion is that Spartacus was a previously drafted Roman soldier they didn’t like the rules he revolted with a lot of success and a lot of his ideas were good but in the end he didn’t have the authority to make the people escape while they had the chance therefore, the entire loss of the war would have to be put on Spartacus he should’ve had absolute authority over his own army.

  2. Eric Smith says:

Pillaging isn’t the correct word for it they wanted to do the same thing the Roman said done. Spartacus did not have affective control of his troops or he would’ve ordered them over the Alps to freedom. They just like stealing and taking things the same thing that they condemned or Roman masters for!

  3. Eric Smith says:

The only reason the uprising succeeded was because the people that thought they had total mental and physical domination underestimated the human spirit obviously Spartacus or any other man that would’ve come along would’ve eventually revolted.

  4. Eric Smith says:

I respect the resistance Spartacus came to people who are doing wrong things but something tells me that he was pretty much just the same as the people he was fighting otherwise he would’ve escaped with all the other slaves when they had numerous chances to do so.

  5. Eric Smith says:

History repeats itself! By allowing all these foreigners into the United States of America we’re doing the same thing Rome did by bringing means of people who were slaves it’s a mistake we need to maintain an American culture not an international culture we need to have solid borders not ones that are permeable and I think that the store is Spartacus to some degree plays into the cause and affect of what’s currently going on.

  6. Orlando Baig says:

If you call yourself Christian, here's a revelatory detail. Despite using the term 'crucified', the illustration presents them in vertical poles.
    That's how Jesus Christ died.
The 't' shaped cross is adopted from Babylonia and Egypt.

  7. L C says:

“Spartacus” has nothing to do with Sparta.

Sparta is root word for either “destroy” or “sword”… both coming from ancient words that currently survive in Albanian language (Shpartallo, Shpata).

In addition to the root word corresponding with two Albanian root words, the ending of -AK is also a currently grammatical component of the Albanian language. Current examples.

Shpatarak (current Albanian word) means Swordsman. This is the most likely origin of the name “Spartak-os”.

Ushtarak (current Albanian word) meaning soldier, but literally meaning “Spear-man”.

Zemerak (current Albanian word) meaning easily insulted, lit. man of heart (emotional).

    Vocerrak, meaning little person, etc.

Also, Thrace (Thraki)… if you were to ask any common man in Albania, what could it mean, they’ll say: Well “thir” means “call”, and when we add “ak”, it means “someone that calls”, or “a caller”. Today in Macedonia the Albanian population has the custom of communicating from mountain peak to mountain peak via a call that is referred to as “maj krahit”. This was used for millennia to communicate approaching hordes and other dangers, or simply to communicate messages between principalities.

Look into Albanian (grassroots Dorian) language and the Ancient and Modern languages get demystified.

Also, Thrace is NOT Bulgaria. Bulgaria is the North-East periphery of Thrace, if that at all.

  8. Micah 5:2 says:

WE BROKE GODS LAW. 2000 YEARS AGO, GOD PROVIDED A SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST WHO SUFFERED AND TOOK OUR PUNISHMENT ON THE CROSS. THE BIBLE SAYS IF WE DECLARE WITH OUT MOUTH JESUS IS LORD AND BELIEVE IN OUR HEART GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD YOU SHALL BE SAVED. Romans 10-9. GOD WILL FORGIVE YOUR SINS AND GRANT YOU EVERLASTING LIFE ALL BECAUSE OF WHAT JESUS DID ON THE CROSS.
